The main shaft is equipped with imported group bearings, ensuring unparalleled precision and rigidity. The boring shaft's internal broaching mechanism features a reliable, quick-change tool system, hydraulically loosened and secured by imported dish springs. Crafted from electroslag remelted high-quality 38CrMoAl nitride steel, the shaft undergoes a rigorous multi-step processing and a mirror-polished surface treatment, achieving a hardness exceeding HV900. This ensures outstanding rigidity and exceptional accuracy retention. Our spindle bearings are high-precision double-row roller bearings, supporting a high-rigidity framework optimized for powerful cutting operations. Integrated with a constant temperature cooling system, the machine effectively prevents thermal deformation, and its gear-driven main movement is both simple and highly dependable.
