RAcrossed roller bearings are split outer ring type and integrated inner ring design. This structure can minimize the size of inner and outer rings while ensuring the strength of the bearing, and achieve miniaturization. It is suitable for equipment with high space requirements. Generally, there are open type and double end seal type. A double-lip seal made of nitrile rubber (NBR) is installed inside the labyrinth, tightly fitting the rotating shaft to provide secondary interception of residual moisture and micron-sized dust, ensuring absolute cleanliness inside the bearing.

A high-temperature resistant silicone O-ring is installed at the mating surface between the bearing mounting flange and the equipment base, completely eliminating the risk of static water leakage at the mating surface, perfectly adapting to harsh industrial environments such as high-pressure cleaning and spraying.

Q2:Common failure of RA thin wall cross roller bearing? 
A: Abnormal noise: insufficient grease or improper mounting. Sticky rotation: over preload or bad flatness of mounting base. Increased clearance: shock overload. RA thin wall bearing requires rigid mounting seat. Thin aluminum plate base is not suggested.

Strict Testing Process

The cleaned RB crossed roller bearing is firmly clamped on the workbench of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to ensure that the clamping is firm and does not affect the measurement. Using the manual or automatic measurement function of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, according to the pre-planned measurement path, the probe slowly contacts the bearing measurement point to collect coordinate data. After the measurement is completed, the measurement software automatically processes and analyzes the data and generates a test report. The report covers detailed information such as the measurement value, tolerance range, deviation value, etc. of each test item, and intuitively displays the quality status of the bearing.
