This ensures remarkable rigidity and precision retention. Its design incorporates an internal loose broach structure, utilizing imported dish springs for secure tool clamping and effortless hydraulic loosening for reliable tool changes. The spindle's high-precision double-row roller bearings provide a robust structure ideal for high-power cutting, complemented by a constant temperature cooling system to prevent thermal deformation. Powered entirely by gears and supported by consistent cooling, our system promises a simple yet reliable performance.
