Product Description

This innovative durable boring milling spindle bar is engineered for CNC floor-type machines and features a dual-layer construction of a hollow main shaft and a boring shaft. It boasts imported group bearings for exceptional precision and rigidity. The internal loose broach structure of the boring shaft is secured by imported dish springs, hydraulically loosened for effortless and dependable tool changes. Constructed from electroslag remelted high-quality nitride steel 38CrMoAl, it undergoes multiple processing stages, including surface grinding and mirror polishing, achieving a hardness exceeding HV900. This ensures outstanding rigidity and accuracy retention. High-precision double-row roller bearings form the cornerstone of the spindle bearing components, designed for a high-rigidity architecture suitable for high-power cutting. A constant temperature cooling system is integrated to avert thermal deformation, and the primary movement is gear-driven, ensuring a straightforward yet reliable system structure.
