Hydraulic manifold block is a device that integrates multiple hydraulic components (such as hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, etc.) on a block structure through oil channels to realize various functions of the hydraulic system. It is usually composed of blocks, various mounting holes, oil channels and connection interfaces. The blocks are generally made of high-strength aluminum alloy or carbon steel materials to ensure its strength and sealing. The mounting holes are used to install hydraulic components, the oil channels are processed in the blocks according to the design requirements of the hydraulic system, and the connection interfaces are used to connect with external hydraulic pipelines, oil tanks and other components.Through the internal oil channels, according to the pre-designed hydraulic circuit, the hydraulic oil is transported from the hydraulic pump to each hydraulic component to achieve the control of the pressure, flow and direction of the hydraulic oil, thereby driving the actuators such as hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors to complete various actions to meet the working requirements of different mechanical equipment.

Raw material preparation: Select raw materials with specific tissues, and through the forging process, give the material good internal structure and mechanical properties, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.
Rough processing stage: Use rough milling processing methods to quickly remove most of the excess, initially shape the outline of the hydraulic integrated block, and determine the approximate size.
Heat treatment process: perform quenching and tempering treatment to effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material, enhance its strength and toughness, and meet the use requirements.
Semi-finishing process: carry out semi-fine processing to further refine the dimensions of each part and prepare for subsequent key processes.
Deep hole processing steps: use deep hole drilling equipment to accurately process deep holes to ensure the accuracy and quality of the holes and meet the functional requirements of hydraulic oil circulation.
Drilling and tapping operations: after completing the drilling operation, perform the tapping process to provide standard threaded holes for installing connectors, etc.
Surface treatment finishing: polishing is performed at the end to improve the surface finish of the hydraulic manifold, which not only helps to look beautiful, but also reduces fluid resistance and improves overall performance.
