The XSU crossed roller bearing features a one-piece design for both inner and outer rings. This design enhances bearing rigidity, enabling it to withstand greater loads while also ensuring rotational accuracy.

Cross-roller arrangement: The cylindrical rollers within the bearing are arranged in a cross pattern, with adjacent rollers perpendicular to each other and separated by spacers or cages. Strict Testing Process

The cleaned XSU crossed roller bearing is firmly clamped on the workbench of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to ensure that the clamping is firm and does not affect the measurement.
