Product Description

Our Superior CNC Floor Type Boring Spindle Bar is engineered with an innovative hollow main shaft and a robust two-layer boring shaft structure. The precision and rigidity are enhanced by imported group bearings on the main shaft. The boring shaft features an internal loose broach design, clamped by high-quality imported dish springs, with hydraulic loosening for seamless and dependable tool changes. Crafted from electroslag remelting high-grade nitride steel 38CrMoAl, the shaft undergoes rigorous multiple processes including surface grinding and mirror polishing, achieving a hardness of HV900 or more. This ensures exceptional rigidity and sustained accuracy. The spindle bearing components employ high-precision double-row roller bearings, creating a high-rigidity framework capable of high-power cutting. The system boasts a consistent temperature cooling system to avert thermal deformation, with all-gear main movement driving the entire setup securely and reliably.
