Our High Precision CNC Floor Type Boring Machine Spindle Bar features an advanced hollow main shaft combined with a two-layer boring shaft structure. It integrates imported group bearings that ensure exceptional precision and robust rigidity. The boring shaft is equipped with an intuitive internal loose broach structure secured by imported disc springs, offering reliable hydraulic loosening for convenient tool replacement. Crafted from premium electroslag remelted nitride steel 38CrMoAl, the boring shaft undergoes multiple meticulous processing stages, culminating in surface grinding and mirror polishing to achieve a remarkable hardness exceeding HV900. This ensures outstanding rigidity and accuracy retention. Our spindle bearing components utilize high-precision double-row roller bearings, providing a high-rigidity framework suitable for high-power cutting tasks. The entire structure is stabilized by a constant temperature cooling system that prevents thermal deformation. The main drive is gear-operated, ensuring a straightforward and trustworthy system.
