Slewing drive bearings typically consist of an inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, cage, seals, and gears. These bearing components are forged from high-quality alloy steel and precision machined and heat-treated to achieve exceptional strength and hardness, capable of withstanding significant axial and radial forces, as well as overturning moments. The rolling elements, typically high-precision balls or cylindrical rollers, roll smoothly within the raceways, achieving low-friction slewing motion.

Working Principle of a Slewing Drive Bearing
When external driving force is transmitted to the bearing's ring gear via gears, the ring gear drives the inner or outer ring to rotate relative to it, causing the rolling elements to perform circular motion within the raceways, thereby achieving the equipment's rotary motion. During this process, friction between the rolling elements and the raceways is minimal, efficiently converting rotational force into rotary motion while simultaneously withstanding loads from various directions.
