Featuring an advanced two-layer structure, our Innovative Boring Bar Spindle integrates a hollow main shaft with a boring shaft. The main shaft boasts high-precision, imported bearing groups, offering commendable rigidity. The boring shaft's internal loose broach uses imported dish spring clamping, hydraulically loosened for swift and dependable tool changes. Crafted from electroslag remelting high-quality nitride steel 38CrMoAl, processed with surface grinding and mirror-polishing, it achieves a hardness exceeding HV900. With the spindle bearing components made of high-precision double-row roller bearings, this structure is ideal for high-power cutting. A constant temperature cooling system preempts thermal deformation. The entire mechanism, driven by all gears, is both simplistic and robust, ensuring unwavering reliability.
