—This machine mainly can be used for repairing and machining the wheel flange and tread on the machine without any disassembly (including axle box end cover) of wheelset on electric locomotives, diesel locomotives as well as CRH high speed trains which the track gauge is 1435mm and the axle weight is 30t, is it also applicable for machining the wheel flange and tread on single wheelset and single bogie. The measuring system, wheelset centering device, chip breaking and conveying system as well as non-slip monitoring device shall be equipped on the machine. The full-scale measurement of wheelset can be realized by the measuring system.

—The numerical control system of this machine adopts KND system. The machine has simple structure,perfect function, stable performance and easy operation.

—The imported special cutters for railway wheelset will be equipped on machine which has the characteristics of good chip breaking, high durability and high cost performance in order to guarantee the machine has high production efficiency.
