XU Cross Roller Bearing

The XU series features crossed roller bearings with integrated inner and outer rings. A single bearing can simultaneously support radial loads, bidirectional axial loads, and overturning moments. Its compact cross-section saves internal installation space, while the design offers high rigidity and low rotational runout. Factory-set preload eliminates clearance, ensuring stable rotational accuracy that is resistant to deformation during assembly. Equipped with mounting holes, the bearings can be installed without the need for clamping plates or bearing housings. Furthermore, the integrated ring structure and inclusion of spacers minimize the impact of installation procedures on performance, thereby guaranteeing consistent rotational accuracy and torque. The XU series is suitable for applications involving either inner-ring or outer-ring rotation.

XU Crossed Roller Slewing Bearing undergo comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process: components are inspected for material, hardness, dimensions, and surface quality; raceway profile accuracy is strictly controlled after grinding, and parts undergo rigorous cleaning; assembly takes place in a clean, temperature-controlled environment; finished products are individually tested for bidirectional rotational accuracy, clearance and preload, starting torque, and operating noise; reliability is verified through batch sampling; and inspection records are retained for all products. Before shipment, bearings are packaged with rust-preventive measures, ensuring optimal rigidity, rotational accuracy, and compatibility with the final assembly.

Strict Testing Process 

The cleaned XU crossed roller bearing is firmly clamped on the workbench of the 3D coordinate measuring machine, ensuring that the clamping is firm and does not affect the measurement. Using the manual or automatic measurement function of the 3D coordinate measuring machine, the probe slowly contacts the bearing measurement point according to the pre-planned measurement path to collect coordinate data. After the measurement is completed, the measurement software automatically processes and analyzes the data and generates a test report. The report covers detailed information such as the measurement value, tolerance range, deviation value, etc. of each test item, and intuitively displays the quality status of the bearing.
