SX Crossed Roller Bearing

It is a split outer ring type and an integral inner ring type, and the inner ring rotates. Strict Testing Process

The cleaned SX crossed roller bearing is firmly clamped on the workbench of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to ensure that the clamping is firm and does not affect the measurement. Using the manual or automatic measurement function of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, according to the pre-planned measurement path, the probe slowly contacts the bearing measurement point to collect coordinate data. After the measurement is completed, the measurement software automatically processes and analyzes the data and generates a test report. The report covers detailed information such as the measurement value, tolerance range, deviation value, etc. of each test item, and intuitively displays the quality status of the bearing.
