1.Spindle Assembly: Pre-assemble the spindle and high-precision bearings (such as angular contact ball bearings) and then install the entire assembly into the spindle bore of the housing. Adjust the bearing clearance and tighten the end cap to ensure a tight seal.
2.Transmission Assembly: Install the drive shaft and gear set in sequence, ensuring gear meshing clearance and shaft parallelism. Install a clutch (such as an electromagnetic clutch) to provide power on/off control.
3.Operation and Lubrication System Assembly: Install the speed shift handle, travel switch/sensor (or hydraulic valve), connect the lubricating oil pump, oil pipe, and cooling nozzles to ensure unobstructed oil flow.
4.Commissioning and Inspection: Manually or automatically test the spindle's rotation accuracy, speed shifting function, and lubrication effectiveness. After checking for sticking and leaks, install the inspection cover and observation window to complete the assembly.
