Cross-roller arrangement: The cylindrical rollers within the bearing are arranged in a cross pattern, with adjacent rollers perpendicular to each other and separated by spacers or cages. Strict Testing Process

The cleaned XSU crossed roller bearing is firmly clamped on the workbench of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to ensure that the clamping is firm and does not affect the measurement. Using the manual or automatic measurement function of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, according to the pre-planned measurement path, the probe slowly contacts the bearing measurement point to collect coordinate data.
