- Complete quenching & tempering plus gear tooth surface hardening, excellent wear resistance and impact-fatigue performance
- Strict UT / MT non-destructive testing to detect internal forging defects
- Precision CNC machining for shaft & gear teeth, compliant with ISO / DIN / AGMA gear accuracy standards
- Max shaft length up to 5,000 mm; support fully custom according to customer drawings
- Matching girth gear can be supplied together to form a complete drive transmission set
