Core Equipment (Rotary Kiln)
1. Kiln Shell: Welded from high-quality steel plates, slightly inclined (3%-4%) long cylinder, lined with multi-layer refractory materials
2. Transmission System: Main drive motor + reducer + large gear, adjustable speed 0.2-5 r/min
3. Support & Thrust Roller: Supported by idler rollers, thrust rollers prevent axial movement
4. Sealing System: Fish-scale/graphite block sealing at kiln head/tail to maintain negative pressure and prevent air leakage/heat loss
5. Main Burner: Injects coal powder/natural gas/alternative fuels at kiln head, flame temperature up to 1800℃
System Composition
1. Feeding System: Silo (raw material storage) + Feeder (belt scale/screw feeder for continuous feeding)
2. Discharging & Cooling System: Single-cylinder cooler/grate cooler (cools clinker + recovers heat)
3. Flue Gas Treatment System: Cyclone/baghouse/electrostatic precipitator (dust removal) + optional desulfurization/denitrification equipment + induced draft fan (provides negative pressure power)
4. Control System: DCS/PLC centralized control to monitor and adjust key parameters (kiln speed, feeding rate, kiln temperature, negative pressure, etc.)
Process Flow (Taking Cement Production as Example)
1. Preheating & Calcining Zone (800-900℃): Calcium carbonate in raw meal decomposes into calcium oxide + carbon dioxide
2. Transition Zone (900-1300℃): Residual calcium carbonate decomposes, liquid phase forms, intermediate products generate
3. Clinkering Zone (1350-1450℃): Main clinker minerals (e.g., tricalcium silicate) form
4. Cooling Stage: Clinker enters cooler from kiln head for rapid cooling
