RU Face Mount Crossed Roller Bearing
The inner and outer rings of the RU series crossed roller bearings are of integral structure. The end faces of the inner and outer rings of the bearings are designed with mounting holes. Through these mounting holes, the bearings can be directly connected to the installation parts of the equipment without the need for additional fixing flanges and support seats, which simplifies the installation procedure and facilitates the structural design of the end face installation. The two rows of cylindrical rollers are arranged perpendicularly to each other on a 90-degree V-shaped raceway through isolation blocks. This arrangement allows a single bearing to withstand loads in all directions, such as radial loads, axial loads, and overturning moments. This makes the bearings have higher rigidity and can better withstand loads and maintain accuracy.
